🚚 Delivery

1. How do I check the estimated delivery date?

Estimated delivery is shown on the checkout page based on your pincode. You’ll also get tracking updates.

We aim to deliver as early as possible. Express shipping is available on select orders.

Currently, we only ship within India. For bulk international orders, contact us directly.

Yes, just add a note at checkout or contact us with your order ID.

Yes, gift wrapping is available for ₹25 per item. Choose the “Add Gift Wrap” option at checkout.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

1. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please share a photo/video of the product and box within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve it promptly.

Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags/papers.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. After we receive and check the returned item, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method or provide a voucher that you can use for your next order.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, it will be treated as a return.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, and COD.

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. For orders above ₹500, the COD charge is ₹40.

For orders below ₹500, the COD charge is ₹90.
